“Home Spot,” set to launch in June 2007. “Home
Spot” is being created in response to feedback from the
creator's current Web site visitors.
Home Spot will be accessible through Waterman Broadcasting’s
two award-winning news Web sites, NBC-2 and ABC-7. These very
popular, highly-visited Web sites will offer users an enhanced
portal to “Home Spot”.
Visitors can search for residential and commercial Florida
real estate properties, agents, brokerages and communities,
from Sarasota to
Marco Island. The site will also feature a Best Values
search option which will showcase the Florida real estate market’s
best values in terms of location and cost.
Anyone knowledgeable of Florida real estate knows that the real
estate market has slowed down from a couple of years ago. The
hardest hit besides the home owner is the Florida Realtor.
