Xellent Swiss Vodka Sponsors Regional Amateur Golf Championship

There will be 10 events during the Spring and Summer of 2007
finishing with a National Championship event, for the top
30% in 5 Flights. The Xellent amateur championship golf
tour will take place at golf courses across the United States
and Florida.
2-day Regional qualifiers will be scheduled throughout the
US and Florida in 2007. Five flights will allow players of
all abilities to compete. Test your game against others with
the same skills and handicap. Once flighted, all players play
against eachother, just like the PGA! No strokes, no sandbagging,
no crying, just golf by the rules!
Finish in the top 30% of your flight at any qualifier
and earn a spot to play in the 3-day finals in the fall of
2007. Win great prizes, gift certificates, play at some
of the best courses in Florida and find out if you have an
Xellent game!
All event play is governed by the USGA. Personal appearance
of all competitors must be neat with respect to clothing and
personal grooming. Proper golf etiquette is required at all
times. Maintain a good pace of play to avoid stroke penalties.
Due to Tee Time reservation policies of host clubs, all entry
fees must be received at least 8 days prior to the date of
the upcoming event. There is a $25 surcharge for late entries.

Open Flight: 0 – 5.0 handicap index
Albatross Flight: 5.1 – 10.0 handicap index
Eagle Flight: 10.1 – 15.0 handicap index
Birdie Flight: 15.1 – 20.0 handicap index
Par Flight: 20.1 + handicap index
