Bionic Golf Gloves
The Bionic Golf Glove is unlike traditional golf gloves because
it helps regain club control. With innovative features based on
anatomy, the Bionic Glove combats hand characteristics that interfere
with game play.
Hand position and grip is an essential component to the golfers
swing. And unfortunately, the anatomical nature of the hand causes
a variety of problems that interfere with performance. The Bionic
golf glove is scientifically designed to even the playing field.
The bony peaks of the hand create an uneven surface when gripping
the club. Golfers tend to naturally grip the club harder to even
out the surface, fatiguing the hand and causing inconsistent shot
and inaccuracy. The strategically placed relief zone padding instantly
evens the surface.
The result of Bionic technology is better accuracy with each shot.
Greater grip strength. Custom fit for natural movement. Enhanced
club control. Less hand fatigue. And superior resistance to seasonal
wear and tear adding long-term value.
Made by Hillerich & Bradsby of Louisville Slugger fame, Bionic
has upgraded its revolutionary golf glove for 2007 while also adding
color to a new womens collection. Made from top-grade cabretta
leather, GolfWeb testers have verified the durability of Bionic
gloves, which are machine washable. Some testers have reported getting
up to 25 rounds out of single glove with virtually no wear and no
tear.
The glove has been ruled conforming to the Rules of Golf by the
USGA only for those with hand problems. Here are a few Bionic models.
